Everything a parent asks

Still wondering something? A real person replies on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.

What ages do you teach?

Children aged 2 to 9. Toddlers (2–3) start in the water with a parent; from age 3 children join small group classes placed by stage.

How are classes grouped?

By what your child can do, not their age. We follow the UK Swim England framework (Swim 1–8) and move children up the moment they’re ready — usually with a gentle assessment in the first lesson.

How big are the classes?

Small — a maximum of four swimmers per teacher in our group squads, with pair (1:2) and one-to-one (1:1) options too. Everyone gets real attention.

How long is a lesson and a term?

Lessons are 30 or 45 minutes depending on the programme, billed by 12-week term. Three terms run each year (autumn, spring, summer).

What does it cost?

Group squads from HK$250 per lesson; private coaching from HK$840. Pay before the Early Bird deadline for an automatic 25% discount. See the Pricing page for the full list.

What if my child misses a lesson?

Each child can take one make-up lesson per term for sick or casual leave — booked at another time and used before the term ends. Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll sort it.

Where are the pools?

Six venues across Tuen Mun and the Gold Coast / So Kwun Wat — most indoor and heated. See the Venues page for addresses.

How do I book?

Message us on WhatsApp — tell us your child’s age and what they can do, and we’ll suggest a class and a venue close to home, usually the same day.
