Please also note that our Squad Swimming Team Lesson and Staff Kids Swimming Lesson, offered at a reduced price, are non-refundable and non-transferable. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our classes run smoothly and efficiently.

Cancellation and Make-up Policy for Group Class (Squad Swimming)
At Abigail Swim, we want to make sure that you get the most out of your group class (Squad Swimming) experience. We understand that unexpected events may come up, and you may need to miss a scheduled class. That’s why we offer unlimited make-up classes for any missed classes.

If you need to cancel a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email, phone call or WhatsApp message to the coach. Once your cancellation is accepted, we will issue a Make-up class voucher. This voucher can be used within 10 days to book any available group class, and you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the desired make-up class.

Please note that any last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not be accepted, except for medical conditions with a doctor’s certificate. If a group class is cancelled by Abigail Swim for any reason (e.g. pool closure, coach absence), we will make every effort to provide a make-up class at a later date, or issue a credit or refund for the missed class.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient class schedule. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Private Class
Cancellation Policy
As we understood, sometimes unexpected situations can arise causing you to miss your private lesson. Our aim is to ensure you have the flexibility to manage your commitments, while still enjoying the benefits of our private lessons.

That’s why we offer a 48-hour advance notice policy for any cancellations. Our cancellation policy requires a 48-hour advance notice for any cancellations. In case of a cancellation, you will receive a Credit Voucher towards your next lesson. Additionally, if you need to reschedule, we’ve made it convenient for you to do so via WhatsApp, given you notify us at least a day in advance.

Please keep in mind that once you book a makeup lesson with your Credit Voucher, it cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances.

During exceptional circumstances, such as sudden illness or accidents, a waiver on the 48-hour cancellation policy will be provided upon presenting a valid doctor’s note. A Credit Voucher will still be issued for your next lesson in this scenario.

Private Group Lessons Cancellation
For private group lessons (1:2, 1:3, etc.), if a student cancels but others wish to continue, the cancelling student will receive a Credit Voucher refund equivalent to 50% of the fee. This ensures flexibility in managing group schedules, while honoring the commitment of the other students and our instructors.

Make-Up Classes
Please note that make-up classes will only be offered once per class missed. We kindly request that you avoid making changes to the scheduled make-up class, as we cannot guarantee additional make-up classes if the original make-up class cannot be attended. Classes booked by Credit Voucher, it cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances.
